Board Meetings:
Board meetings are held regularly at the convenience of the operating board.
If you are interested in attending a board meeting, please request the current schedule by emailing the board contact email above.
Members are welcome to attend board meetings to observe the process, but should email the board president at least 3 days in advance of a meeting if they wish to request any items be added to the agenda for the board at that meeting. Per board process, members in attendance at a meeting must request the attention of the board to raise any questions or make points during the regular board meeting, and will be requested to depart if they are found to be disruptive to the meetings. The board asks members who are interested in attending to please to honor these requirements, and help to ensure that the meetings run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
